Common use of Orientation Program Clause in Contracts

Orientation Program. The Employer agrees that new employees shall be allowed up to thirty (30) minutes off in order to meet with full-time Union Representatives for the purpose of familiarizing themselves with the general conditions and responsibilities with respect to the Collective Agreement and to the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local No. 832. This meeting shall take place at a time mutually agreeable between the full-time Union Representative and the Employer.
