Orientation of New Employees. The Union shall be given the opportunity to address new employees as a formal part of the orientation process. The Union will provide the employer with the agenda of such presentation.

Each new unit employee will be offered a copy of this agreement from the Employer, as well as a copy of any supplemental agreement between VA and the NFFE local at the employing facility.
