Organizational Structure and Contract Management Approach (Oral). The Offeror shall describe, and provide rationale for, its contract management approach and organizational structure. It shall: • Describe how it provides clear lines of authority, supervision, communications, and efficiencies across all connections and associates responsible for work across the contract, including subcontractors. • Discuss, in detail, the independence, autonomy, authority, and responsibility vested in the individuals proposed to manage this contract. • Discuss and identify how corporate or company resources (internal or external), such as services, facilities, equipment, and/or staff assistance, can be provided or obtained for use on this contract. Discuss the benefits to the Government of these identified resources (in terms of mission impact, cost savings, technical resources, efficiency improvements, industry process models, best practices, performance standards and specific processes, etc.). Also address the corporate commitment and flexibility to provide these resources when requested, and the type and degree of these resources that are under direct control of the managers of this contract. • Identify and discuss the benefits of any proposed industry process models, best practices, performance standards, and specific processes to adopt, infuse, develop, and share these processes across the entire contract. • Discuss processes and procedures that allow for maximum flexibility and agility to accommodate changing tasks, task priorities, resources, and schedules while ensuring achievement of goals and objectives.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
