Additional Donor Terms and Conditions The Donor Terms (if any) are incorporated in this Agreement by reference and are fully binding on Contractor and Mercy Corps. In the event of a conflict between the Donor Terms and any other provision of this Agreement (including any Additional Terms of TO) or any other document between Contractor and Mercy Corps, the Donor Terms will prevail.
Other Terms and Conditions You also agree to be bound by any other specific terms and conditions governing such recurring/instalment payment scheme. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
