Organizational Membership. No member of the adjunct faculty shall be required to join or refrain from joining any organization as a condition of employment, with the exception of credentialing organizations/associations related to a requirement for certification to hold the position.
Organizational Membership. 11.1 CSEA has the exclusive right to have employee organization membership dues deducted by the District for bargaining unit members.
