The Organizational Experience clause defines the requirement for a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to demonstrate its relevant background and expertise in performing similar work. Organizational Experience. The offeror shall provide evidence of its organizational experience that includes the breadth, depth, level and range of responsibility for programs, projects, and activities that involve passenger and freight rolling stock specifications, design, production, acceptance, evaluation, troubleshooting, operations and maintenance, RSAC participation, NGEC participation, ADA compliance, energy and environmental evaluations, performance enhancements to include EPA tier 4 compliance and hazmat transportation by rail. In addition, the offeror should provide evidence of its “real‐world” impacts in rail specific research by listing all technical papers and reports published in the last five (5) years.
Organizational Experience a) Contractor and any subcontractor shall have the following organizational experience across all three (3) Program Components: i) At least three (3) years of successful experience within the last five (5) years operating a youth workforce development program. ii) At least three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in working with Opportunity Youth. iii) Experience engaging in joint efforts with other organizations to provide workforce development services to Opportunity Youth. iv) Experience using labor market data and understanding of labor market trends and requirements that will inform their Program trainings, job development, and educational themes. v) Experience with developing and facilitating Internships and long-term permanent employment, educational, and training opportunities. (1) Contractor shall have experience in supporting ACS Participants with transitions among Program Services and career pathways. b) Contractor and any subcontractors providing the Pre-HSE Instruction and HSE Preparation Components shall have at least three (3) years of successful experience within the last five (5) years providing literacy and numeracy instruction in the context of workforce development. c) Contractor and any subcontractor providing the Advanced Training Component shall have the following organizational experience: i) At least three (3) years of successful experience within the last five (5) years providing advanced occupational training services. ii) Strong existing relationships with employers in the sector(s) of the Advanced Training provided.
