The Organizational Experience clause defines the requirement for a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to demonstrate its relevant background and expertise in performing similar work. This clause often requires the submission of evidence such as past project summaries, client references, or performance records to establish credibility and capability. Its core function is to ensure that only qualified and experienced organizations are considered, thereby reducing the risk of project failure due to inexperience.
Organizational Experience. Briefly describe the history of the Bidder’s organization, especially regarding skills pertinent to the specific work required by the RFP and any special or unique characteristics of the organization which would make it especially qualified to perform the required work activities. In addition, the offeror should provide evidence of its “real‐world” impacts in rail specific research by listing all technical papers and reports published in the last five (5) years.

Offeror’s response must also include a description of its business location(s), size, areas of specialization and expertise, client base (including other currently held contracts or agreements with state and/or local government entities). The narrative must thoroughly describe how the Offeror has supplied expertise for similar contracts and must include the extent of their experience, expertise and knowledge as a provider of Telephone Based Interpreter Services.
