Organizational Chart and Job Descriptions. The Employer shall make an organizational chart available for bargaining unit members and the Union upon request. All job descriptions will be available on the Epic Academy High School website and shall be available for any employee upon request. There shall be no changes in job descriptions of bargaining unit members without agreement of the parties. There shall be no creation of new bargaining unit job titles without agreement of the parties.

Organizational Chart and Job Descriptions. Contractor shall have, maintain, and provide to ACBHD upon request job descriptions and an organizational chart reflecting the current operating structure including the Board of Directors and staffing. Upon ACBHD request, Contractor shall provide additional information about organizational staffing, including but not limited to the extent to which organizational staffing supports service delivery in compliance with this Agreement.
