Organization and Principal Place of Business. The Subscriber is a partnership duly formed, organized and existing under the laws of the state or other jurisdiction of its formation. The address set forth on the Subscriber’s signature page to this Agreement is the Subscriber’s correct principal place of business, and the Subscriber has no present intention of moving its principal place of business to any other domestic or foreign jurisdiction.

  • Name and Principal Place of Business The name of the Company shall be [NAME OF COMPANY], LLC with a principal place of business located at [PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS] or at any other such place of business that the Member(s) shall determine.

  • Principal Place of Business and Organization No Borrower shall change its principal place of business set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement without first giving Lender thirty (30) days prior notice.
