First Federal is a member in good standing of the FHLB of Cincinnati.

Beneficial MHC is a federally chartered mutual holding company duly organized and validly existing and in good standing under HOLA. BMSB is a Pennsylvania-chartered stock savings bank duly organized and validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The deposits of BMSB are insured by the Deposit Insurance Fund of the FDIC to the extent provided by the FDIA and BMSB has paid all premiums and assessments required thereunder. BMSB is a member in good standing of the FHLB of Pittsburgh. Each of the other Bancorp Subsidiaries is duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the state of its incorporation.
