Common use of Organic Documents Clause in Contracts

Organic Documents. Amend, modify or otherwise change any of the terms or provisions in any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the date hereof, except for changes that do not affect in any way (i) such Obligor’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ right and authority to enter into and perform the Loan Documents to which it is a party, (ii) the perfection of Agent’s Liens in any Collateral, or (iii) the authority or obligation of an Obligor to pay or perform any of the Obligations.

Organic Documents. Amend, modify or otherwise change any of the terms or provisions in any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the date hereof, except for changes that do not affect in any way (i) such Obligor’s Borrower's or any of its Subsidiaries’ ' right and authority to enter into and perform the Loan Documents to which it is a party, (ii) the perfection of Administrative Agent’s 's Liens in any Collateral, or (iii) the authority or obligation of an Obligor to pay or perform any of the Obligations.

Amend, modify or otherwise change any of the terms or provisions in any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the date hereof, except for changes that do not affect in any way (i) such ObligorBorrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ right and authority to enter into and perform the Loan DIP Financing Documents to which it is a party, (ii) the perfection of AgentLender’s Liens in any Collateral, or (iii) the authority or obligation of an Obligor to pay or perform any of the Obligations.

Amend, modify or otherwise change any of the terms or provisions in any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the date hereof, except for changes that do not affect in any way (i) such ObligorBorrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ right and authority to enter into and perform the Loan Documents to which it is a party, (ii) the perfection of Administrative Agent’s Liens in any Collateral, or (iii) the authority or obligation of an Obligor to pay or perform any of the Obligations.

Amend, modify or otherwise change any of the terms or provisions in any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the date hereof, except for changes that do not affect in any adverse way (i) such ObligorBorrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ right rights and authority obligations to enter into and perform the Loan Documents to which it is a party, (ii) the perfection of Agent’s Liens in any Collateral, or (iii) the authority or obligation of an Obligor party and to pay or perform any all of the ObligationsObligations and that do not otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect.
