Organic Documents. Amend, modify or otherwise change any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the Closing Date.

Amend, modify or otherwise change any of the terms or provisions in any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the date hereof, except for changes that do not affect in any way (i) such Obligor’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ right and authority to enter into and perform the Loan Documents to which it is a party, (ii) the perfection of Agent’s Liens in any Collateral, or (iii) the authority or obligation of an Obligor to pay or perform any of the Obligations.
Organic Documents. Amend, modify or otherwise change any of its Organic Documents as in effect on the Closing Date, except for new agreements, amendments, modifications or other changes that do not adversely affect the rights and privileges of any Borrower or Obligor, or its Subsidiaries, and do not adversely affect the ability of a Borrower, Obligor or a Domestic Subsidiary to borrower hereunder or to amend, modify, renew or supplement the terms of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, or otherwise adversely affect the interest of Agent or the Lenders and so long as at the time of such amendment, modification or change, no Default or Event of Default shall exist or have occurred and be continuing.
