Ordinary Rate of Pay. A reference in these provisions to a staff member’s ordinary rate of pay is a reference to the staff member’s rate of pay as at the relevant date (date of commencement of a period of long service leave) exclusive of overtime, shift premiums and penalty rates but this definition is subject to the following qualifications:
Ordinary Rate of Pay. 6.1. The pay scales are set out in Attachment A and reflect the current rates of pay as at the date this Agreement is made, applicable from 1 December 2018. These rates will be updated for the rate increases detailed in Clause 14, Wages and Salaries of this Agreement for the increases applicable 1 and 2 years after the date this Agreement is made.
Ordinary Rate of Pay. (1) For the purpose of calculating overtime payment and payment for work performed on scheduled rest days or gazetted public holidays, the formulae for calculating the “ordinary rate of pay” are as follows: Ordinary rate of pay for a day = 12 x ordinary monthly salary* 286 Ordinary rate of pay for an hour = 12 x ordinary monthly salary*
Ordinary Rate of Pay. Ordinary Rate of Pay for the purpose of leave, shall mean the salary an employee is entitled to, based on the number of normal weekly hours they work, calculated at their ordinary hourly rate (exclusive of any loadings, penalty or overtime rates).
Ordinary Rate of Pay. 2.1 The Ordinary Rate of Pay for an Employee with less than 12 months continuous employment with the Company, is the Employee’s average earnings calculated on a pro rata basis from the date of commencement of employment and, for an employee with more than 12 months continuous service, the average over the immediate preceding 12 months. Provided that, the Ordinary Rate of Pay will not be less than the Australian Pay and Classification minimum rate of pay as established by the Australian Fair Pay Commission pursuant to the Act, as varied from time to time.
Ordinary Rate of Pay. The ordinary rate of pay shall mean the wages paid to an employee for working 36 hours at the rates contained in subclause 3.1 for employees other than apprentices and subclause 3.2 for apprentices. Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement the ordinary rate of pay is inclusive of any all-purpose allowances contained under this Agreement
Ordinary Rate of Pay. For the purpose of computing payment under this clause, the ordinary rate of pay shall be: Actual Base Pay + Shift or Roster Allowance (where applicable) 21.7
