Common use of Ordinary Course of Business Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Course of Business. Each remittance of Collections by or on behalf of Seller pursuant to the Transaction Documents and any related accounts of amounts owing hereunder in respect of the Purchases will have been (i) in payment of a debt incurred by Seller in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of Seller and (ii) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of Seller.

Ordinary Course of Business. Each remittance of Collections by or on behalf of the Seller pursuant to the Transaction Documents and any related accounts of amounts owing hereunder in respect of the Purchases Purchasers under this Agreement will have been (i) in payment of a debt incurred by the Seller in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Seller and (ii) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Seller.

Ordinary Course of Business. Each remittance of Collections by or on behalf of the Seller pursuant to the Transaction Documents and any related accounts of amounts owing hereunder in respect of the Purchases Purchaser Parties under this Agreement will have been (i) in payment of a debt incurred by the Seller in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Seller and (ii) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Seller.

Ordinary Course of Business. Each remittance of Collections by or on behalf of the Seller or pursuant to the Transaction Documents and any related accounts of any amounts owing hereunder in respect of the Purchases will have been (i) in payment of a debt incurred by the Seller in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Seller and (ii) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of the Seller.

Ordinary Course of Business. Each remittance of Collections on the Receivables transferred by Seller to Buyer under this Agreement or on behalf of Seller pursuant to the other Transaction Documents and any related accounts of amounts owing hereunder in respect of the Purchases will have been (i) in payment of a debt incurred by Seller in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of Seller and the Buyer and (ii) made in the ordinary course of business or financial affairs of SellerSeller and the Buyer.
