ORDINANCES AND STATUTES. Tenant shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the use of the Property. Tenant further agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of any community or condominium in which the Property is a part of, whether promulgated before or after the execution of this Agreement. Tenant shall be responsible for any fees, fines or penalties assessed against Landlord resulting from any actions of the Tenant or Tenant’s guests or invitees in violation of this provision.
