ORDINANCE. Save for any member of the Group and any of their respective officers, employees or agents (“Qualified Third Parties”), a person who is not a party to this Agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance:
ORDINANCE. 15.1 Personal data held by CAL relating to the Client, the Client’s agent(s) or Client’s guarantor(s)(if any) may be used for the purposes of the maintenance and operation of the Account in accordance with the relevant agreement(s), distribution of research, enforcement against counter-party, risk assessment, compliance with regulatory requirements to know the Client and to carry our due diligence to assess the Client’s investment suitability and for any other directly related purposes and will be kept confidential, but CAL may provide such information to:-
ORDINANCE. The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect.
ORDINANCE. To ratify an agreement entered into between the Administrator of South West Africa and the Minister of Finance of the Union of South Africa in regard to the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion in respect of taxes on income. (Assented to 27th May, 1959) (Afrikaans text signed by the Administrator) ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS [The provisions of this Ordinance have no headings.] In that whereas on the thirteenth day of February 1959 an agreement was entered into at Cape Town between the Administrator of the Territory of South West Africa and the Minister of Finance of the Union of South Africa and whereas it is desirable that the aforesaid agreement should be ratified and confirmed; BE IT ORDAINED by the Legislative Assembly for the Territory of South West Africa as follows:-
ORDINANCE. Nothing contained in any TOWN ordinance hereafter adopted, pertaining to the Collection of Solid Waste or the Collection of Recyclable Materials, shall in anyway be construed to affect, change, modify, or otherwise alter the duties, responsibilities, and operations of the CONTRACTOR in the performance of the terms of this Agreement, unless it is agreed to in writing by both the CONTRACTOR and the TOWN and this Agreement is amended accordingly.
ORDINANCE. 25.1 The parties hereby declare that nothing in this Agreement confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623.
ORDINANCE. This Notice is issued by Xxx Eng Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and Xxx Eng Futures (Hong Kong) Limited together with their subsidiaries, affiliates, associated and related companies (collectively referred to hereinafter as "the Xxx Eng (HK) Group") to set out their policies and practices in relation to the collection of personal data from individual clients and other persons and the purposes of such collection.
ORDINANCE. A person who is not a party to these General Xxxxx has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce any term of these General Terms, except to the extent (if any) that these General Terms expressly provide that a term may be enforced and relied upon by a person or a class of persons. Notwithstanding any provision of these General Terms, nothing shall affect the Bank’s right to amend, modify, supplement, rescind, replace or vary these General Terms at any time in its discretion and no prior consent from or notice to any such person who is not a party to these General Terms shall be required for the Bank to exercise such rights or to exercise any of the Bank’s rights under these General Terms.
ORDINANCE. For the avoidance of doubt, except the Clause 6.2 of this Agreement, any additional right as may be conferred to any third party to this Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) shall not apply and the privity of contract under the common law shall continue to be in force.
ORDINANCE. 1. As a client (the “Client”) of Yaw Kai Financial Group Limited (the “Broker”), it is necessary from time to time for the Client to supply his/her personal data (“Personal Data”), within the meaning ascribed in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong) (the “Privacy Ordinance”) to the Broker or Broker Group Companies when opening or continuation of accounts, or in the establishment, continuation or provision of investment, dealing or related services.
