ORDERS AND DIRECTIVES. 34.01 Employees shall normally only receive and accept orders, directives, etc., issued by their immediate supervisor or an accredited representative of the Employer above the rank of Plant Supervisor whose duties place him/her directly in charge of the employees concerned. On all legal teaching days and on such other occasions as all or part of the building may be used by pupils, employees shall receive and carry out orders and directives in accordance with Plant procedures as may be issued by the Principal of the school, or in his/her absence, the Vice- Principal or acting Principal.
ORDERS AND DIRECTIVES. 20.01 Employees shall normally receive and accept orders, directives from their Facilities Services Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor or designate, or an accredited representative of the Employer above the rank of supervisor, whose duties place him/her directly in charge of the employees concerned. For the purpose of this Article, an accredited representative of the Employer will be the principal or designate.
ORDERS AND DIRECTIVES. 31.01 Custodians shall normally receive and accept orders, directives, etc. from their immediate supervisor who, under normal circumstances, is the principal of the school or his designate. When schools are closed, custodians shall receive their orders and directives from the appropriate supervisory officer or his/her designate. All other employees shall normally receive their orders and directives from the appropriate supervisory officer or his/her designate.
