Common use of Orderly Transition Clause in Contracts

Orderly Transition. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, Property Manager shall (a) immediately (or at such later date as Owner may designate in its sole discretion) deliver to Owner all files and documents in Property Manager's possession relating to the Property and all existing and prospective tenants of the Property, and (b) cooperate with Owner, BPOP and any replacement Property Manager designated by Owner to effect an orderly transition of the management and operation of the Property to Property Manager's replacement. The obligations set forth in this Section 10.5 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

In the event of any termination of this Agreement, Property Manager shall (a) immediately (or at such later date as Owner State Contract Manager may designate in its sole discretion) deliver to Owner State Contract Manager all files and documents in Property Manager's ’s possession relating to the Property Building and all existing and prospective tenants Tenants of the Property, Building; and (b) cooperate with Owner, BPOP S x x x x Contract Manager and any replacement Property Manager designated contract property manager designed by Owner to effect an orderly transition of the management and operation of the Property Building to Property Manager's ’s replacement. The obligations set forth in this Section 10.5 11.05 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

The obligations set forth in this Section 10.5 10.4 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
