Ordering Periods. AF Executive Office and Conference Furniture BPAs cannot exceed the period of performance of the vendor’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 71 contract. The BPAs will expire upon expiration of the vendor’s GSA FSS contract against which the BPA is written or 24 Aug 19, whichever occurs first. Ordering Periods. The Office Seating BPAs will expire on 30 June 2017, or upon expiration of the vendor’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 71 contract against which the BPA is written, unless extended. The BPA period of performance (POP) is as follows:  Base Year June 30, 2011 – June 29, 2012  Ordering Period 1 June 30, 2012 – June 29, 2013  Ordering Period 2 June 30, 2013 – June 29, 2014  Ordering Period 3 June 30, 2014 – June 29, 2015  Ordering Period 4 June 30, 2015 – June 29, 2016  Ordering Period 5 June 30, 2016 – June 30, 2017
Ordering Periods. In accordance with the clause in Section I of this contract, DFARS 252.216-7006, orders may be issued hereunder for a period of five (5) years from the effective date of the contract, subject to the ordering limitations found as stated in Section I, FAR 52.216-19. Orders issued hereunder shall utilize the Contract Line Item (CLIN) representing the period in effect at the time of order execution for purposes of pricing. The ordering periods are associated with each CLIN series as defined below: ORDERING PERIOD I: CLINs 0001 thru 0159 comprise Ordering Period I; Ordering Period I is effective from date of contract award through 365 calendar days after contract award. ORDERING PERIOD II: CLINs 1001 thru 1159 comprise Ordering Period II; Ordering Period II is effective 366 calendar days after contract award through 730 calendar days after contract award. ORDERING PERIOD III: CLINs 2001 thru 2159 comprise Ordering Period III; Ordering Period III is effective 731 calendar days after contract award through 1,095 calendar days after contract award. ORDERING PERIOD IV: CLINs 3001 thru 3159 comprise Ordering Period IV; Ordering Period IV is effective 1,096 calendar days after contract award through 1,460 calendar days after contract award. ORDERING PERIOD V: CLINs 4001 thru 4159 comprise Ordering Period V; Ordering Period V is effective 1,461 calendar days after contract award through 1,825 calendar days after contract award.

  • Planning Periods Teachers in secondary schools shall receive not less than 225 minutes of unassigned planning time on a weekly basis and shall be scheduled for one unassigned planning period per day of not less than forty-five (45) consecutive minutes. Neither this provision, nor 8.8 below will apply during times when the normal school schedule must be adjusted during emergencies; or in cases when an individual teacher has requested in writing to teach more than the usual number of periods for teachers in that subject in that school, or in the case of a teacher who volunteers for other school activities during the scheduled unassigned planning period.

  • Reporting periods The action is divided into the following reporting periods: - Reporting period 1: from month 1 to month [X][ - Reporting period 2: from month [X+1] to month [Y]][ - Reporting period 3: from month [Y+1] to month [Z]][ - Reporting period 4: from month [Z+1] to month [the last month of the action]]

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Notice Periods The notice period (expressed in Working Days) to be given by the Customer in respect of Clause 38.1 shall be the number of whole days that is 20% of the total duration of the final SOW to be executed under this Contract, up to a maximum of 30 Working Days. Partial days shall be discounted in the calculation and the duration of the SOW shall be calculated in Working Days. For example, if the duration of the SOW is 10 Working Days: 20% of the SOW is 2 days. The Notice Period = 2 Working Days; or if the duration of the SOW is 62 Working Days, 20% of the SOW is 12.4. The Notice Period = 12 Working Days. The Parties acknowledge and agree that: the Customer’s right to terminate for convenience and without cause under Clause 38.1 is reasonable in view of the subject matter of this Contract and the Agile nature of the Services being provided; the Contract Charges paid during the notice period given by the Customer in accordance with Clause 38.1 are a reasonable form of compensation and are deemed to fully cover any costs or Losses incurred by the Supplier which may arise either directly or indirectly as a result of the Customer exercising the right to terminate without cause. The Customer shall have the right to terminate this Contract at any time with immediate effect by written notice to the other Supplier if: the Supplier commits a Supplier Default and if the Supplier Default is not, in the opinion of the Customer, capable of remedy; or the Supplier Default is a Material Breach of this Contract. the Supplier is unable to provide a change proposed by the Customer; Either Party may terminate this Contract at any time with immediate effect by written notice to the other Party if: the other Party commits a material breach of any term of this Contract (other than failure to pay any amounts due under this Contract) and, if such breach is remediable, fails to remedy that breach within a period of fifteen (15) Working Days of being notified in writing to do so; an Insolvency Event of the other Party occurs, or the other Party ceases or threatens to cease to carry on the whole or any material part of its business; or

  • Work Periods 10.02 Work Periods shall be:

  • Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule.

  • Renewal Periods Renewal of registered names may be made in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, renewal of registered names may not extend their registration period beyond ten (10) years from the time of the renewal.
