Ordering Equipment. Customer may order equipment, in each case by entering into an Order. The pricing for Ordered Equipment shall be as set forth in the Order under which it was ordered. Equipment-related pricing, discounts, and promotions (e.g., free shipping) provided in an Order shall apply solely to the particular equipment ordered under that Order, and 8x8 makes no commitment and shall have no obligation with respect to future pricing for or availability of equipment.
Ordering Equipment. Lessee has selected and ordered the Equipment from the Supplier and, if appropriate, has entered into a Purchase Agreement with respect thereto. Lessor shall accept an assignment from Lessee of Lessee's rights, but none of Lessee's obligations, under any such Purchase Agreement. Lessee shall arrange for delivery of the Equipment so that it can be accepted in accordance with Section 7 hereof. If an Item of Equipment is subject to an existing Purchase Agreement between Lessee and the Supplier, Lessee warrants that such Item of Equipment has not been delivered to Lessee as of the date of the Equipment Schedule applicable thereto. If Lessee causes the Equipment to be modified or altered, or requests any additions thereto prior to the Rent Commencement Date, Lessee (i) acknowledges that any such modification, alteration or addition to an Item of Equipment may affect the Total Cost, taxes, purchase and renewal options, if any, Stipulated Loss Value and Rent with respect to such Item of Equipment, and (ii) hereby authorizes Lessor to adjust such Total Cost, taxes, purchase and renewal options, if any, Stipulated Loss Value and Rent as appropriate. Lessee hereby authorizes Lessor to complete each Equipment Schedule with the serial numbers and other identification data of the Equipment Group associated therewith, as such data is received by Lessor.
Ordering Equipment. Lessee shall arrange for delivery of the Equipment so that it can be accepted in accordance with Paragraph 6 hereof within 90 days after the date on which Lessor accepts Lessee's offer to enter into this Lease with respect to any Equipment Schedule or by such other date as may be set forth in an Equipment Schedule or Approval Letter issued by Lessor as the Approval Expiration Date. Unless otherwise specified on the Equipment Schedule, Lessee shall be responsible for all transportation, packing, installation, testing and other charges in connection with the delivery, installation and use of the Equipment. Lessee hereby authorizes Lessor to insert in any Equipment Schedule hereunder the serial numbers and other identification data of Equipment when determined by Lessor.

Ordering Equipment. A. Ordering System
Ordering Equipment. You may order Equipment from any vendor, manufacturer or third party of Your choice. You will select all of Your Equipment and will not rely on Us at all when selecting Your Equipment. We may offer services to assist You in ordering Equipment. You are under no obligation to use these services. Not all of the Equipment that You order may be eligible for placement under this Agreement – only Equipment which meets the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be placed on this Agreement, as determined in Our sole discretion. You are responsible for all ordering, delivery, and transportation expenses as well as in-transit insurance to Your premises and installation and set-up costs of the Equipment. These expenses are not covered under this Agreement.
Ordering Equipment. Lessee hereby assigns to Lessor all of Lessee's rights, but none of its obligations, under any Purchase Agreement related to a Lease. Lessor may (a) accept such assignment from Lessee of Lessee's rights, but none of Lessee's obligations, under any such Purchase Agreement and/or (b) issue a purchase order for the Equipment to the Supplier. Lessee shall arrange for delivery of Equipment. If Equipment is subject to an existing Purchase Agreement between Lessee and the Supplier, and Equipment has been delivered to Lessee as of the date of the Schedule applicable thereto, Lessee warrants that it has advised Lessor of the delivery date(s) of such Equipment. Lessee hereby authorizes Lessor to complete each Schedule with the serial numbers and other identification data of Equipment associated therewith as such data is received by Lessor.
Ordering Equipment. You request that we arrange delivery of the equipment to you by the Branch. If the equipment has not been delivered, installed, and accepted by you within forty-five (45) days from the date that we ordered the equipment, we may on ten (10) days written notice to you terminate the lease and our obligations to you. In the event that we have issued a purchase contract or order for the equipment, you agree that the purchase order or contract is acceptable to you. If you have entered into a purchase contract for the equipment, you agree to assign it to us, effective when we pay for the equipment.
Ordering Equipment. You may order Equipment from any vendor, manufacturer or third party of Your choice. You will select all of Your Equipment, prepare all purchase orders and will not rely on Us at all when selecting Your Equipment. We may offer services to assist You in ordering Equipment, including obtaining price quotes and, if satisfactory to You, procuring equipment at any time during the Availability Period through our Preferred Pricing, arranged through partnerships with leading equipment manufacturers and equipment value-added resalers. You are under no obligation to use these services. Not all of the Equipment that You order may be eligible for placement under the lease — only Equipment which meets the terms and conditions in this Agreement may be placed on the lease, as determined in Our sole reasonable discretion. You are responsible for all ordering, delivery, and transportation expenses as well as in-transit insurance to Your premises and installation and set-up costs of the Equipment. These expenses are not covered under this Agreement.

Lessee agrees to arrange for delivery of the Equipment, so it can be accepted in accordance with Section 4 hereof. Lessee hereby authorizes Lessor to insert on Schedule A the serial numbers and other identification data of the Equipment when determined. Lessee certifies that all of the Equipment is essential to the conduct of Lessee’s operations. Lessor shall have no obligation to fund any purchase of Equipment or portion thereof unless all reasonable conditions established by Lessor ("Funding Conditions") have been satisfied, including, without limitation, the following: (a) Lessee has signed and delivered the Lease and attachments; (b) no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing; (c) no material adverse change shall have occurred in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the related Regulations and rulings thereunder (collectively, the "Code");
