Ordering Contracting Officer. (OCO) For purposes of OASIS SB, authorized users are identified as OCOs. Only an authorized user, who is a delegated OCO, may solicit, award, and administer a task order under OASIS SB. In order to qualify as an authorized user, a duly warranted Contracting Officer of the Federal Government, as defined in FAR Subpart 2.101, in good standing, must have received a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) from the OASIS SB CO or OASIS SB representative that is delegated by the OASIS SB CO to issue DPAs. The OCO for each task order is the sole and exclusive Government official with actual authority to solicit, award, administer, and/or modify a task order under OASIS SB.
