Common use of Order Process Clause in Contracts

Order Process. 2.1 The Service Provider shall fulfil all orders for Services (“Orders”) placed at any time during the Term of this Agreement in accordance with the order process set out at Schedule 5 (“Order Process”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Order shall form a separate agreement between the British Council and the Service Provider, but shall incorporate the terms of this Agreement (an “Order Contract”). Accordingly, in providing Services under any Order Contract, the Service Provider shall comply with the terms of this Agreement. An Order may contain additional specific terms requested by the British Council and agreed by the Service Provider (“Order Specific Terms”) varying or supplementing the terms of this Agreement for the purposes of that Order Contact only.
