Order content. 1.2.1 SACOFA may require an Access Seeker to provide it with an Order which outlines the Access Seeker’s access requirements. SACOFA may request an Access Seeker to provide, at a level of detail (sufficient for planning provisioning), the following in an Order for access to Facilities and/or Services:

Order content. All Supplies ordered by The FAP shall be identified by a Pilatus part number as per the Annual Price List applicable at the time of order, except in cases where the subject item is not listed in the Annual Price List when the vendor’s part number shall be used. The Order shall include details of shipment if different to the Agreement terms. All Orders shall indicate CACE- Order reference number.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities.   • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.
