Order Changes and/or Cancellation. The Supplier will provide support for order change policy and cancellation policy and any specific exceptions as agreed to by the Supplier and Customer. Prior to acceptance of an order by the Supplier, it must identify Resources that cannot be cancelled the Customer. Back Orders Back orders should be confirmed at the time of the order confirmation with an estimated delivery date, Customers will have an option to cancel or keep the back orders. Resource Substitution The Supplier will only substitute Resources with prior approval from Customer’s designated personnel. Discontinued Resources The Supplier will not arbitrarily discontinue Resources and will provide the Customer with sufficient notice (e.g. within sixty (60) days) prior to discontinuation. The Supplier should ensure replacement parts/components are available for discontinued Resources for a minimum of one (1) year after the Resource has been discontinued. Further, the Supplier will ensure that in the event a Resource becomes unavailable and a replacement is proposed, the replacement Resource will have equal or greater quality, at an equal or better Rate. Coordinating Bulk Ordering OECM may consolidate various Customer volumes and coordinate bulk purchases. Once Resources have been received at Customer’s location, the Supplier will invoice each Customer accordingly.

  • Changes and Cancellations Order changes or cancellations are subject to Seller’s written approval and additional charges may apply. Seller shall not be liable for any delays due to order changes. Seller may make changes in the Products without obligation to install such changes in any Product manufactured prior thereto. Seller may make such changes to any ordered Products as do not, in Seller’s judgment, interfere with the satisfactory operation of the Product. Seller may charge Buyer a cancellation charge of twenty percent (20%) if Buyer cancels any part of an order or if Seller terminates an order due to Buyer's violation of any duty to Seller.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges. The amount authorized for payment of return freight will, in no instance, be more than original delivery charges documented by carrier. These charges may be applied, at the option of the supplier, to those orders which have been accepted.   • Change or Cancellation DXC may, without charge, change or cancel any portion of this Order including, without limitation, quantity required, DXC designs or specifications prior to shipment provided DXC gives Supplier notice.   • Shift Cancellation If any nurse is cancelled with less than twenty four (24) hours notice of the commencement of their assigned duties she shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the applicable rate of pay. Notice will be left on the employee’s work voice mail.
