Order Acknowledgements. HP purchase orders will be acknowledged by Aspect within 5 days after receipt of the order, provided that the order is technically correct and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time and that the latest forecast provided by HP is not exceeded by more than [**] and the quantity ordered does not exceed by more than [**] the quantity ordered in the preceding month. If the requested delivery time is lower than the agreed lead time, or if HP's latest forecast is exceeded by more than [**], Aspect shall use reasonable efforts to complete the order requirements and to acknowledge the order within 10 days of its receipt. Order acknowledgements shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Order Acknowledgements. Marquette purchase orders shall be acknowledged by Aspect within 5 days after receipt of the order, provided that the order is technically correct and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time and that the latest forecast provided by Marquette is not exceeded by more than [**] and the quantity ordered does not exceed by more than [**] of the quantity ordered in the preceding month. If the requested delivery time is less than the agreed lead time, or if Marquette's latest forecast is exceeded by more than [**], or if the quantity ordered exceeds by more than [**] the quantity ordered in the preceding month, Aspect shall use reasonable efforts to complete the requirements of such nonconforming orders within seventy (70) days from the date it receives such nonconforming order and to acknowledge such orders within 10 days of its receipt. Order acknowledgements shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Order Acknowledgements. D-O Orders shall be acknowledged by Aspect within five (5) working days after receipt of the Order, provided that the Order conforms to this Agreement and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time and the quantity ordered does not exceed by more than [**] percent ([**]%) the quantity of such [**] Sensors ordered in any of the three (3) preceding months.
Order Acknowledgements. Draeger purchase orders shall be acknowledged in writing by Aspect within [**] [**] after receipt of the order, provided that the order is correct (pricing and part numbers) and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time. If the requested delivery time is less than the agreed lead time, or if the quantity ordered exceeds by more than [**] percent ([**]%) the quantity ordered in the preceding month, Aspect shall use reasonable efforts to complete the requirements of such nonconforming orders within [**] from the date it receives such nonconforming order and to acknowledge such orders within [**] of its receipt. Order acknowledgements shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Order Acknowledgements. Datascope purchase orders that are within Datascope's forecasted quantities and do not include additional terms and conditions other than those included in this agreement shall be accepted by Aspect within [**] days of receipt of the purchase order. If the quantity requested is greater than Datascope's forecasted amount, Aspect will notify Datascope of such and will advise Datascope, within [**] days of the receipt of the purchase order of the time, using reasonable business efforts, that Aspect will need to fill the purchase order.
Order Acknowledgements. Dixtal purchase orders shall be acknowledged by Aspect within 5 days after receipt of the order, provided that the order is technically correct and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time and that the latest forecast provided by Dixtal is not exceeded by more than [**]% and the quantity ordered does not exceed by more than [**] percent ([**]%) of the quantity ordered in the preceding month. If the requested delivery time is less than the agreed lead time, or if Dixtal's latest forecast is exceeded by more than [**]%, or if the quantity ordered exceeds by more than [**] percent ([**]%) the quantity ordered in the preceding month, Aspect shall use reasonable efforts to complete the requirements of such nonconforming orders within [**] days from the date it receives such nonconforming order and to acknowledge such orders within 10 days of its receipt. Order acknowledgements shall not be unreasonably withheld
Order Acknowledgements. Orders shall be acknowledged by GE within five (5) days after receipt of the Order. If the requested delivery time is less than the agreed upon lead-time as set forth in Section 6.5, GE shall complete the requirements of such nonconforming order within the agreed lead-time.
Order Acknowledgements. Purchase Orders shall be acknowledged by Seller within five (5) days after receipt of the Purchase Order, provided that the Purchase Order is technically correct and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed lead time and the Guaranteed Amounts. All other Purchase Order acknowledgements shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Order Acknowledgements. Marquette Orders shall be acknowledged by CDIC ---------------------- within five (5) days after receipt of the Order, provided that the Order is correct and complies with Section 6.1 hereof and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed upon lead time. If the requested delivery time is less than the agreed upon lead-time as set forth in Section 6.6, CDIC shall complete the requirements of such nonconforming order within the agreed lead-time. CDIC shall deliver the CDIC Products requested in the acknowledged Orders within the agreed upon lead-time.
Order Acknowledgements. Philips Orders shall be acknowledged by CDIC within five (5) days after receipt of the Order, and CDIC Orders shall be acknowledged by Philips within five (5) days after receipt of the Order, provided that the Order is correct and complies with Section 6.1 hereof and that the requested delivery time is within the agreed upon lead time. If the requested delivery time is less than the agreed upon lead-time as set forth in Section 6.6, the Party receiving such order shall complete the requirements of such nonconforming Order within the agreed lead-time. Each Party shall deliver the products requested in the acknowledged Orders within the agreed upon lead-time.
