Oral. Two doses of test substance shall be used in the oral portion of the study, a low dose and a high dose. The high dose should ideally induce some overt toxicity, such as weight loss. The low dose level should correspond to a no-observed effect level. The oral dos- ing shall be accomplished by gavage or by administering an encapsulated test substance. If feasible, the same high and low doses should be used for oral and dermal studies.

Oral. Any employee having a complaint shall first bring it to the attention of his 13 immediate supervisor. A Union Representative shall be present if requested by the Company or the 14 employee. The decision in this Step will be final and binding unless, within ten (10) workdays of the 15 decision, the employee proceeds to Step 2 of this procedure. 16
Oral. An employee alleging a violation of the expressed provisions of this contract shall within thirty (30) days of its alleged occurrence orally discuss the grievance with the supervisor in an attempt to resolve same. If no resolution is obtained within five (5) days of the discussion, the employee shall reduce the grievance to writing and proceed within five (5) days of said discussion to Step 2.
Oral. A board used for oral examination shall consist of two (2) professional police officers appointed by the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Human Resources or his delegate.
Oral. A. If an employee is not meeting TWSD standards of behavior or performance, the General Manager should take the following action:

Within ten (10) business days of the time a grievance arises, the part-time adjunct teaching faculty member, either directly or accompanied by her or his Association Representative will present the grievance to her or his Xxxx. Within five (5) business days after presentation of the grievance, the Xxxx shall give her or his answer orally to the part-time adjunct teaching faculty member, or to the Association representative if the part-time adjunct faculty member is not available.

An Employee shall take any grievance to his supervisor, with or without his Union representative as he may decide, within five (5) working days of the event or the time he reasonably should have known of the event. The matter shall be answered by the supervisor within three (3) working days from the day it is presented.

Any complaint not resolved in Step 1 – Oral, must be documented and signed by the employee specified with alleged facts giving rise to the complaint, the Article or Sections of this Agreement alleged to have been violated, and the remedy requested. The grievance must be submitted to the employee’s supervisor within ten (10) working days of the Step 1 – Oral decision. Within fifteen
Oral. An oral board shall be appointed by the EMPLOYER consisting of Law Enforcement members not connected in any way with the Bay County Sheriff's Office. The SHERIFF is also excluded. The minimum passing grade for the written examination shall be seventy-five percent (75%), exclusive of points added for seniority.
