OPTIONS FOR SURPLUS EMPLOYEES. (Aca&Gen) When a surplus staffing situation exists, the Employer will consult with the affected employee(s), and their authorised representative if the employee so wishes, on which of the following options may apply, and how it will be applied. How the options will be applied, the appropriate timeframe, the types and levels of financial assistance, and other such details will be considered on a case by case basis. Other options, or variations to the following options, may be agreed between the Employer and the employee:

  • Benefits of Contractor’s Employees The Contractor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for shall be liable to all benefits that are provided to their employees, including but not limited to, retirement plans, health insurance, vacation time-off, sick pay, personal leave, or any other benefit provided.

  • Existing Employees Existing employees who are covered by the coverage clause of this Agreement may become union members at any time. Employees shall, from the date of becoming union members, be bound by all the benefits and obligations relating to employees under this Agreement.

  • Terminating Employees A) When a regular employee with more than twelve (12) months’ service terminates employment, the Employer shall pay for vacation entitlement accrued to the date of termination, less vacation pay if any, paid in accordance with this Article.   • Service Awards In consideration of the provision of services, COMPANY to pay EMPLOYEE, as compensation; The gross amount of RMB annually calculated at the rate of twelve (12) equal monthly installments consecutively of RMB each.

  • Benefits for Retirees The Employer will continue payment of Extended Health, Semi-Private Health Care Coverage or equivalent for any employee from the date of early retirement to the age of sixty-five (65). However, the Employer will not continue payment of the Dental Plan or any other benefit plan, and employees will not be entitled to subscribe to same under any conditions.

  • Preexisting Individual Accounts The following rules and procedures apply for purposes of identifying U.S. Reportable Accounts among Preexisting Accounts held by individuals (“Preexisting Individual Accounts”).

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
