Optional Term. After the Initial Term, the City reserves the right at its sole discretion, to extend the term of this Agreement for up to two additional one-year terms and one additional six-month term (“Option Term(s)”) up through December 31, 2022.

Optional Term. The Program Manager grants to the District an irrevocable option, to be exercised at the District’s sole discretion, to extend the Basic Term for four (4) additional two (2) year terms (each, an “Optional Term”), with the first Optional Term to commence on July 1, 2013. All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in effect in the event the District exercises its option to extend this Agreement. The District shall advise Program Manager of its decision to exercise the option to extend not less than sixty (60) days before the expiration of the Basic Term and any extensions thereof.
Optional Term. At the end of the Initial Term, Tenant is granted the option to extend this Lease for an additional Thirty (30) calendar years (the “Optional Term”) provided that the following conditions are met: (i) Tenant has completed the Improvements (as defined below) in a timely manner to the satisfaction of Landlord; (ii) Tenant is in actual occupancy of the Premises and is maintaining and operating the Improvements in accordance with the terms hereof to the satisfaction of Landlord; (iii) Tenant has timely paid all loan payments, rent and other financial obligations, as they become due, during the Initial Term; and (iv) Tenant is not in default of any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.
Optional Term. CITY, at CITY’s sole option, may extend this AGREEMENT for up to four (4) additional one-year term by sending notice in writing of such extension.
Optional Term. January 1, 2022 – June 30, 2022 In the event that the City exercises its option to extend the term Consultant shall provide the City with the following services during the Optional Term: • Ongoing strategic financial management. • Complete the long-term strategic financial management planning process. • Complete the Springbrook cloud migration project. • Federal, State and Local Compliance and Regulatory Reporting. • Attendance as required at all scheduled City Council meetings and scheduled Senior Management Team meetings. • Staffing City Council Finance Committee meetings. • Fiscal Year 21-22 Mid-Year Budget Review.
Optional Term. The DA shall have the right to extend the primary term of this Contract, in any increment of months, for up to twenty-four months. The DA shall provide Expert written notice of its intention to extend the term of the Contract in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the Contract termination date. The primary term plus the optional extended term(s), if any, shall constitute the “contract period.”
Optional Term. The term may be extended for an additional period of 5 years at the sole option of The City of Xxxxxxxxx. The total maximum period for the initial term plus options is a maximum of 15 years.
Optional Term. The Term may be extended for an additional 1 Contract Year (“Optional Term”) as may be mutually agreed by the parties. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $1,200,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term. Commencing on the 1st Amendment Effective Date, Customer’s new AVC will be $1,100,000 for the existing Contract Year and all subsequent Contract Years.
