Optional Spousal Insurance. Members of the Bargaining Unit who are enrolled in the Group Life Insurance Plan may purchase Dependent Life Insurance in units of $10,000 to a maximum of $150,000. Such coverage will be at the member’s expense at the group rate. Amounts and insurability will be at the sole discretion of the insurance carrier.

  • Life Insurance No portion of your IRA may be invested in life insurance contracts.

  • Optional Insurance Landlord may maintain such additional insurance with respect to the Building and the Property, including, without limitation, earthquake insurance, terrorism insurance, flood insurance, liability insurance and/or rent insurance, as Landlord may in its sole discretion elect.   • Retiree Insurance 12.1 Employees who retire must meet the following conditions at the time of retirement in order to be eligible for the Employer contributions, listed in Sections 12.2 through 12.5 below, toward a health insurance plan offered by the Employer:

  • Optional Life Insurance The State shall make available optional term-life insurance to employees. The cost will be paid by the employee on a payroll deduction basis. The available coverage will be at least two (2) times the employee’s salary. No evidence of insurability will be required if an adequate number of employees participate. The State will explore smoker/non-smoker rates and spousal coverage.

  • Additional Life Insurance All eligible employees shall be permitted to purchase term life insurance in addition to the amount provided by the Board in paragraph C. of this Article.

  • Retiree Life Insurance Employees who retire under the Monroe County Employees' Retirement System shall be eligible for $4,000.00 term life insurance. All employees hired by the Employer on or after October 1, 2007 shall not be eligible for Retiree Life Insurance.

  • Life Insurance Coverage a. Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars life insurance policy with AD&D from an insurance carrier selected by the Board, subject to the provisions of this section. Such insurance shall pay double in the case of accidental death or dismemberment.
