Optional products. Credit insurance (as applicable) Purchasing credit insurance is optional. If you do choose to carry credit insurance coverage, the premium charge will be added to your Account as a purchase on the last day of each billing period. You can cancel your coverage at any time. Account Assure Debt Cancellation (as applicable) • Purchasing Account Assure is optional. • Enrolling in Account Assure does not affect the terms of your existing credit agreement. • The Account Assure fee is based on your monthly statement balance, which is your balance on the last day of each billing period. • You will receive terms and conditions, which you should carefully read for all benefit details and exclusions. • You may cancel Account Assure at any time. • If you are currently unemployed, disabled, hospitalized or retired you are not eligible for Account Assure benefits for your present situation; however, you may be eligible for other benefits based on future events.
Optional products. Competitive Supplier agrees that it will incorporate optional products as described in Exhibit A into its provision of All-Requirements Power Supply under this ESA.
Optional products. 5.1. Prior to enrollment, Customers may elect an Optional Product by calling the Competitive Supplier’s customer service number. The Competitive Supplier shall enroll such customers on the Optional Product.
Optional products. Buyer may elect to purchase additional Products in wafer form at prices and cycle times to be determined by NGST and agreed to by the parties at the time Buyer exercises such option.
Optional products. Banker Systems Incorporated (BSI) electronic forms (E-Forms) for Deposit and XXX accounts is optional. Client will sign a separate software license agreement with BSI.
Optional products. Customers will be solely responsible for the annual pre-payment of optional packages. The Parties agree that at initial launch of the Telematic Services, customer will be required to pay for the optional packages with a credit card. BMW may establish other methods of payment after the program is launched. ATX agrees to work in good faith with BMW to establish other methods of customer payment, as BMW may deem appropriate. ATX shall retain its current agreed wholesale optional package fee for the entire year and remit the balance of the retail fee to BMW. ATX will advise BMW each month of the total quantity of active subscribers per optional package, as well as the subscriber count by expiration month. After the initial customer-paid period expires, ATX will be responsible for the solicitation and renewal of the optional package(s) with the current BMW owners. ATX will be responsible for maintaining a valid subscriber agreement with the customer. All costs associated with these activities will be borne in their entirety by ATX. Within 5 business days after the end of the month all funds due to BMW (net of ATX fees) will be wired to a BMW account and all requested reports provided electronically to BMW’s Finance & Administration department, program management and other appropriate groups. This structure provides for the timely and clean transfer of funds, minimizes the number of wire transfers between companies and fulfills ATX’s requirement of payment prior to the rendering of services.
Optional products. Notwithstanding anything in this APS Agreement to the contrary, unless required pursuant to a binding forecast, Purchaser may, but shall have no obligation to, purchase Optional Products from Supplier and Supplier may, but shall have no obligation to, supply Optional Products to Purchaser. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, pricing for Optional Products shall be as set forth in Exhibit 1-A. SECTION 4.07. [DELETED]

None of the Mortgage Loans contain any optional insurance products offered by Seller except those that will be terminated by the applicable Servicing Transfer Date and as to which Purchaser will have no liability, cost or responsibility relating to obligations under such optional insurance products or in connection with their termination. Seller has no Knowledge (after making a reasonable inquiry of certain senior members of its servicing department) of any other optional insurance products with respect to any Mortgage Loan for which Seller as servicer has any obligations with respect to such optional insurance products.
