Optional Insurance Plans. Commencing with the first full month after the date of employment, an Association member will receive a Monthly Benefit Allowance at the applicable rate reference in Section 6.1.1. After making the required contributions for medical insurance under the PERS Medical Unequal Contribution Method, the remaining dollars may be used by the Association member either to purchase medical insurance through PERS Health or to purchase any other optional plans that may be offered by the City or PORAC in accordance with a qualified plan. Plans currently include: Dental, Voluntary Vision, Long Term Care, Voluntary Group Life Insurance and Supplemental Insurance Options.

  • Optional Insurance Landlord may maintain such additional insurance with respect to the Building and the Property, including, without limitation, earthquake insurance, terrorism insurance, flood insurance, liability insurance and/or rent insurance, as Landlord may in its sole discretion elect. Landlord may also maintain such other insurance as may from time to time be required by the holder of any mortgage on the Building or Property. The cost of all such additional insurance shall also be part of the Landlord’s Operating Expenses.

  • Insurance Plans The Executive is eligible to participate in the life, health, dental, short and long-term disability plans made available to the employees of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions of such plans.

  • GROUP INSURANCE PLANS 15.01 The Company agrees to provide all full time employees with one (1) or more years of continuous service, a *Short Term Disability Benefit (S.T.D.) as generally described in Section B of a notice to all employees of the amended Benefit Plan dated May 1, 1993. *Payment for Short Term Disability shall begin on the third (3rd) consecutive day of absence. For those employees who have completed ninety (90) days of perfect attendance from the last date of return to work from an absence due to sickness or accident, shall be paid S.T.D. from the first (1st) day for the first covered absence following the ninety (90) days of perfect attendance.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Group Insurance Plan The carriers, coverage, and terms and conditions of participation under the District’s Group Insurance Plan are subject to change in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title I, Division 4, Chapter 10 of the California Government Code (Section 3500 et seq.)
