Optional Group. Life - Employees shall have the option of purchasing additional life insurance, in conjunction with the terms of the Board plan. The entire cost shall be bourne solely by the employee.

Optional Group Life Insurance Subject to the provisions of the Plan, eligible employees shall be entitled to purchase optional Group Life Insurance coverage in units of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) up to a maximum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). The employee shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for the optional coverage.
Professional Growth Plan A written plan, self-directed or jointly developed between the teacher and evaluator, designed for the sole purpose of continuing teacher growth focused on areas identified in the teacher’s observations and/or evaluation. The approved form for the Professional Growth Plan is found at Ohio ES.
Teacher Professional Growth Plan 9.1.1 Teacher Professional Growth Plans will consider but will not be required to include the School Division’s goals.

Professional Growth Professional growth is the continuous purposeful engagement in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of classified unit members.
Professional Growth Program There shall be a Professional Growth Program in place for all classified employees. Professional Growth is an organized activity designed to improve performance of employees in the classified service and to provide training for employees to gain new skills and abilities, to broaden their opportunity for promotion, to engage in study and related activities designed to retain and extend the high standards of the classified employee.
OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.
Optional Purchases by the Corporation Subject to compliance with applicable securities legislation and approval of applicable regulatory authorities, if any, the Corporation may from time to time purchase by private contract or otherwise any of the Warrants. Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.
Optional Life Insurance The State shall make available optional term-life insurance to employees. The cost will be paid by the employee on a payroll deduction basis. The available coverage will be at least two (2) times the employee’s salary. No evidence of insurability will be required if an adequate number of employees participate. The State will explore smoker/non-smoker rates and spousal coverage.
