ExamPlus Coverage We will reimburse You, if shown on the Declarations Page, for the Covered Expenses that occur during the Coverage Period subject to Policy limits and exclusion including, but not limited to, Coinsurance, Deductible and Annual Limit for physical examination; including costs and/or fees for telephone consultation; to diagnose a current covered Injury.   • Review Periods Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days from its receipt of the documents listed in Sections 1.3 and 1.4 above, to issue to Contractor written comments on such documents, Drawings and Specifications. The Owner’s approval rights only apply to documents listed in Section 1.3. If comments are not received for items listed in Section 1.3 in ten (10) Business Days, the Contractor may proceed with the development of the Drawings and Specifications with the design reflected in the uncommented document. Owner will annotate the Drawings and Specifications as appropriate and return to Contractor. In the event that Owner disapproves the Drawings or Specifications, Owner shall provide Contractor with a written statement of the reasons for such rejection within the time period required for Owner’s response, and Contractor shall provide Owner with agreed to revised and corrected Drawings and Specifications as soon as possible thereafter.

  • Optional Coverage No later than 30 days prior to the date established by the City, an employee in active service or who after that date retires on disability and under the age of 65 eligible for and taking base coverage, shall be eligible to apply for supplemental coverage effective January 1, 1994, at his/her option in increments of $1,000 to a maximum of 1.5 times his/her annual basic salary rounded to the next higher thousand dollars of earnings. This coverage shall be made available to eligible employees applying for supplemental coverage no later than 30 days prior to the date established by the City and annually thereafter during periods of open enrollment.

  • Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Expected or actual funding may be withdrawn, reduced, or limited prior to the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement. The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.

  • Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.
