Optional Activities. The activities classed as “optional” in Appendix A can only be commenced upon prior written approval by RB.

Connecting Growth Globally does not endorse or sponsor such activities and makes no representations about the safety or quality of such activities or the standard of the independent operators running them. Connecting Growth Globally is in no way responsible for Your safety should You elect to enter into such optional activities. If You still elect to partake in an optional activity, You assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

Optional Activities. Optional activities not included in the tour price do not form part of the tour or this agreement. You accept that any assistance provided by your group leader or local representative in arranging optional activities, does not render us liable in any way. The contract for the provision of the activity will be between you and the activity provider.
Optional Activities. During any Go Golf Tours (Scotland Junior Golf Invitational) trip, there may be opportunities to participate in activities or local events, which are not included in Go Golf Tours’ (Scotland Junior Golf Invitational) packaged trip. Go Golf Tours (Scotland Junior Golf Invitational) makes no representations about the safety or quality of these activities and events, or the standard of the independent operator running it. Activities may include, but are not limited to, vehicle/boat/aircraft trips, walking or guided trips, surfing, fishing, hiking, swimming, zip lining, and parasailing. Events may include, but are not limited to, local festivals, concerts, and organized events. You understand and agree that any assistance given by Go Golf Tours (Scotland Junior Golf Invitational)’s trip leader or staff to help arrange these optional activities is done in good faith and without any representations or warranties of any kind. Go Golf Tours (Scotland Junior Golf Invitational) does not sponsor or endorse these activities or events, nor can Go Golf Tours (Scotland Junior Golf Invitational) be held liable for any injury or illness resulting from your participation. If you decide to participate in these events, you do so voluntarily and should take precautions to ensure your own safety and you will arrange for payment directly with the supplier or independent operators of such activities, event or service.
Optional Activities. Throughout the course of each trip there will be opportunities to participate in additional and optional activities including but not limited to hiking, cooking, eating, and guided walking tours. All international travel involves risk. You acknowledge that you accept the risks and dangers associated with these activities as well those generally inherent to the trip location. Any assistance given by group leader or local representative in organizing these activities shall not result in any liability of Mektoub Henna for any bodily injury, illness, or death arising out of, resulting from, related to, and/or caused in whole or in part, by the Trip Participant’s involvement in these optional activities.

With full knowledge of the above, I may still elect to partake in the activity, and if I do so, I assume full responsibility for any risks involved, and the waiver and release of the Releasees set out in the foregoing paragraph shall apply to such optional activities.” Accommodations, shuttle services or other elements of a Package will be arranged by the Company with local suppliers, who may themselves engage the services of local operators and/or sub- contractors. Standards of hygiene, accommodation and transport in some countries where excursions take place are often lower than comparable standards than what the Client may reasonably expect at home. The Company will at all times endeavour to appoint reputable and competent local suppliers. The terms and conditions of the suppliers will be applicable and are expressly incorporated into the Contract. These may limit or exclude liability of the supplier. The liability of the Company will not exceed that of any supplier. Local laws and regulations of the relevant country will be relevant in assessing performance of the services of any supplier. In the event of a complaint by a Client, this Contract will be regarded as having been performed if local laws and regulations relating to those services have been satisfied, even if the laws of Canada have not been met.
