Common use of Option Prices Clause in Contracts

Option Prices. The purchase price of the Stock under each Incentive Stock Option shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Stock at the time of the granting of the Option; provided that, in the case of a Participant who owns more than 10% of the total combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company, a Parent or a Subsidiary, the purchase price of the Stock under each Incentive Stock Option shall not be less than 110% of the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the date such Option is granted. The purchase price of the Stock under each Non-qualified Stock Option shall be determined from time to time by the Committee, which need not be uniform for all Participants, and shall not be less than 100% of Fair Market Value.
