Common use of Option Plan Clause in Contracts

Option Plan. The Executive shall participate in that certain TCC Industries, Inc. 1997 Incentive and Performance Stock Option Plan adopted by the Employer (the "Option Plan"). The Executive's participation under the Option Plan shall be in accordance with the plan and the stock grants to the Executive made thereunder.
