Option Exercisability. The vested portion of any stock options or other outstanding rights to purchase or receive shares of the Company’s common stock (including, without limitation, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units or similar awards) held by Executive as of the termination date will remain exercisable until the earlier of (A) the expiration of the original term of the applicable option or right (notwithstanding any provisions in the equity agreement providing for earlier expiration of vested rights upon termination of employment) or (B) the date twelve (12) months from the termination date.
