Common use of Option Agreement Clause in Contracts

Option Agreement. Each Stock Option granted under the Plan shall be evidenced by a written Stock Option Agreement executed by the Company and the Optionee, and shall contain each of the provisions and agreements herein specifically required to be contained therein, and such other terms and conditions as are deemed desirable by the Stock Option Committee and are not inconsistent with this Plan.

Option Agreement. Each incentive stock option agreement shall contain such terms and provisions as the Board may determine to be necessary in order to qualify such option as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Option Agreement. Each Stock Option granted under the Plan shall be evidenced by a written Stock Option Agreement stock option agreement, which shall be executed by the Optionee and an authorized officer of the Company and the Optionee, and which shall contain each the Option exercise price, the terms for payment of the provisions and agreements herein specifically required exercise price, the duration of the Option, the number of shares of Common Stock to be contained thereinwhich the Option pertains, the terms of the vesting schedule by which the Participant's rights under the Option become nonforfeitable and such other terms and conditions as are deemed desirable by the Stock Option Committee and are not inconsistent determines appropriate, consistent with this Plan.

Option Agreement. Each Stock Option granted under the Plan shall be evidenced by a written Stock Option Agreement Agreement, which shall be executed by the Optionee and an authorized Officer of the Company and the Optionee, and which shall contain each of the provisions and agreements herein specifically required to be contained therein, and such other terms and conditions as are deemed desirable by the Stock Option Committee and are shall determine, not inconsistent with this the Plan. Stock Option Agreements evidencing Incentive Stock Options shall contain such terms and conditions as may be necessary to meet the applicable provisions of Section 422 of the Code.

Option Agreement. Each Stock Option granted under the this Plan shall be evidenced by a written Stock stock option agreement (an "Option Agreement Agreement") executed by the Company and the Optionee, and Participant which (a) shall contain each of the provisions and agreements herein specifically required to be contained therein, (b) shall indicate whether such Option is to be an Incentive Stock Option or a Nonqualified Stock Option, and if an Incentive Stock Option, shall contain terms and conditions permitting such Option to qualify for treatment as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code, and (c) may contain such other terms and conditions as are deemed the Committee deems desirable by the Stock Option Committee and which are not inconsistent with this Plan.

Option Agreement. Each Stock Option Options granted under the pursuant to this Plan shall be evidenced by a written Stock Option Agreement Agreements executed by both the Company and the Optionee, . Option Agreements shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and shall contain each of the provisions and agreements herein specifically required to be contained therein, and such other terms provisions as the Committee may deem advisable and conditions as are deemed desirable by the Stock Option Committee and which are not inconsistent with this Planthe terms hereof. Option Agreements shall state the total number of shares of Common Stock subject to each grant, the purchase price of a share of Common Stock under an Option, the expiration date for the Option and whether the Option is an ISO or a NQSO.
