Common use of Optical Plan Clause in Contracts

Optical Plan. ‌ The BOARD shall provide a Vision Services Optical Plan for each eligible employee and his/her family at no cost to the employee. This plan shall provide an annual vision screening at no cost with a Thirty-five Dollar ($35) co-pay for eyeglasses. The Board may substitute or replace the present coverage with a substantially equal or better plan.
