Opt-Out Procedures. 4.1 Each Person wishing to opt out of the Settlement Class shall individually sign and timely submit written notice of such intent to either of the designated Post Office boxes established by the Claims Administrator. The written notice must clearly manifest an intent to be excluded from the Settlement Class. All Class Members who submit a timely, valid Request from Exclusion will be excluded from the Settlement and will not be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and all Class Members who do not submit a timely, valid Request for Exclusion will be bound by this Agreement and the Judgment, including the release in Paragraph 8.1 below.
