Common use of Opportunity to Meet Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Meet. Suspension without pay or termination of employment shall be imposed only by the Superintendent. If a suspension without pay is to be considered pursuant to Section 2 hereof, the employee shall be afforded an opportunity to meet with the Superintendent. The employee may elect to have representation in attendance at any such meeting.
