Opportunity to Consult Counsel. The Parties hereto represent and agree that, prior to executing this Agreement, each has had the opportunity to consult with independent counsel concerning the terms of this Agreement.
Opportunity to Consult Counsel. Executive hereby acknowledges that he has read and fully understands this Agreement, that he has been advised that Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx PC is counsel to the Company and not to Executive, and that Executive has been advised to, and has had the opportunity to, consult with counsel and Executive’s personal financial or tax advisor with respect to this Agreement.
Opportunity to Consult Counsel. THE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND HAS BEEN GIVEN ADEQUATE OPPORTUNITY, AND HAS BEEN ENCOURAGED BY THE COMPANY, TO CONSULT WITH LEGAL COUNSEL OF HIS CHOICE CONCERNING THE TERMS HEREOF BEFORE EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT.

The Executive acknowledges that this Agreement was prepared by counsel for the Company and that the Company and its counsel have recommended that the Executive consult with his individual counsel concerning the terms of this Agreement. The Executive acknowledges that the Company's counsel does not represent the Executive and has no obligation to the Executive, whether under this Agreement or otherwise.

Opportunity to Consult Counsel. User has had the opportunity to consult legal counsel for the purpose of reviewing and obtaining advice as to the terms hereof;
Opportunity to Consult Counsel. Each Party represents to the other that it has had an opportunity to have this Agreement reviewed by legal counsel of its choosing and has done so to its satisfaction, that it has had a full opportunity to review the terms of this Agreement, that it fully understands the legal effect of each provision of this Agreement, and that it has willingly consented to the terms of this Agreement. Purebase has obtained a fairness opinion from independent counsel confirming this Agreement represents a fair agreement based on an arms-length third party negotiated agreement comparison.
Opportunity to Consult Counsel. The Adoptive Parents acknowledge and agree that they have had adequate opportunity to consult with independent counsel of their choosing with respect to the terms of this Agreement and that they have made their own decision, without any influence by Xxxxx, or any of its agents with respect to such consultation.
Opportunity to Consult Counsel. Each party hereto acknowledges that it has had a sufficient opportunity to consult independent legal counsel and independent accountants concerning the provisions of this Agreement and entered into this Agreement intending to be legally bound. The parties hereto are relying solely upon the advice of their own independent counsel and accountants and are not relying in any manner or way on the advice or counsel of the other party's counsel, accountants, or other advisors.
Opportunity to Consult Counsel. Each Party hereby acknowledges that it has had reasonable opportunity to consult with its own counsel regarding the Agreement, and that it fully understands all of the terms and provisions hereof and its rights and obligations hereunder.
