Opportunity. The parties recognize that work may be done more effectively internally or externally. Opportunities for the application of this Article to new or existing work can be initiated by Management and/or the Union. It is intended that joint discussion should commence as soon as possible and before detailed definition of the need to have new or existing work done by purchased services.

Opportunity. During the Employment Period, Executive shall submit to the Board all investment or business opportunities of which he becomes aware and which are within the scope and investment objectives of Acadia or any of the Subsidiaries.

If the Company notifies Employee that the Opportunity is a Development and Employee disagrees with that conclusion, the parties' dispute shall be resolved as provided in Section 7, below, provided that until such dispute is fully and finally resolved Employee shall not disclose the Opportunity to any other person or entity, or take any action intended to exploit, further or profit in any way from the Opportunity, or assist any other person in doing so.

Using the 5 access points, as outlined in Rigorous Reading, educators will apply the Gradual Release of Responsibility framework to their instructional practice. We will emphasize student learning versus task completion. Learning Outcomes: • Examine 5 access points and how they relate to quality instruction • Learn the Gradual Release of Responsibility (GRR) Instructional Model and its components o Focused Instruction o Guided Instruction o Collaborative Learning o Independent Practice
