Opinion of General Counsel of the Company. At the Closing Time, the Underwriters shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of, Ronald E. Christian, General Counsel of the Company, in form and subxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxy to the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.

Opinion of General Counsel of the Company. At the Closing Time, the Underwriters shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of, Ronald E. ChristianXxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, General Counsel of the Company, in form and subxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxy substance satisfactory to the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.

Christian, General Counsel request of the Company, her/his written opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriter, in form and subxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxy substance reasonably satisfactory to the UnderwritersUnderwriter, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably requestC hereto.
