Operator Services and Directory Assistance. 70.6.1. With respect to operator services and directory assistance associated with INP for CLEC subscribers, Sprint shall provide the following:

Buyer's listing information will be treated the same as Seller's end user listings for purposes of additional listings and dissemination of listings to directory publishers, directory assistance providers, or other third parties. Seller will incorporate listings information in all existing and future directory assistance applications developed by Seller. Buyer authorizes Seller to sell and otherwise make listings available to directory publishers, directory assistance providers, and other third parties. Listings shall not be provided or sold in such a manner as to segregate end users by carrier. Seller will not charge for updating and maintaining the listings database.
