Operator Personnel. Operator shall engage or retain only such employees, contractors, consultants and agents as are reasonably necessary to conduct Joint Operations. Subject to the Contract and this Agreement, Operator shall determine the number of employees, contractors, consultants and agents, the selection of such persons, their hours of work, and the compensation to be paid to all such persons in connection with Joint Operations.

Operator Personnel. Operator shall engage or retain such employees, contractors, consultants and agents as are reasonably necessary to conduct Joint Operations. Subject to the Contract and this Agreement, Operator shall determine the number of employees, contractors, consultants and agents, the selection of such persons, their hours of work, and the compensation to be paid to all such persons in connection with Joint Operations. For the avoidance of doubt, Operator may engage or retain Affiliates of Operator at market rates prevalent in the international petroleum industry for similar work in the Contract Area; provided that in each case Operator provides an explanation of why it elected to retain or engage an Affiliate, and includes reasonable support for Operator’s position that the rate paid to the Affiliate is a market rate prevalent in the international petroleum industry for similar work in the Contract Area.
Operator Personnel. The Operator shall take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any employee, agent or contractor who may have access to the Company personal information, ensuring in each case that access is strictly limited to those individuals who need to know / access the relevant Company personal information, as strictly necessary for the purposes of the Principal Agreement, and to comply with applicable laws in the context of that individual's duties to the Operator, ensuring that all such individuals are subject to confidentiality undertakings or professional or statutory obligations of confidentiality.

  • Manager Personnel The Manager shall authorize and permit any of its directors, officers and employees who may be elected or appointed as Trustees or officers of the Trust to serve in the capacities in which they are elected or appointed. Services to be furnished by the Manager under this Agreement may be furnished through the medium of any of such directors, officers, or employees.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. Each Party shall make reasonably available to the Other Parties’ Auditors and management its personnel and Records in a reasonable time prior to the Other Parties’ Auditors’ opinion date and other Parties’ management’s assessment date so that the Other Parties’ Auditors and other Parties’ management are able to perform the procedures they reasonably consider necessary to conduct the Internal Control Audit and Management Assessments.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.
