Operations Report. The Borrower must provide to the Agent within 15 calendar days of the last Business Day of every month (and in respect of such month), updates, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Agent in respect of each Borrowing Base Asset to include all material technical and other information in relation to each of the Borrowing Base Assets, including (for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation):
(a) information in respect of any delay in achieving first gas/oil in respect of each Borrowing Base Asset for the month in question;
(b) the production performance and Petroleum sales figures in respect of each Borrowing Base Asset for the month in question;
(c) information in respect of all maintenance work and operational activities carried out in connection with each Borrowing Base Asset during the month in question; and UK-2463515-v12 - 79 - 70-40474932
(d) all forward activities anticipated in respect of the Borrowing Base Assets during the forthcoming calendar months.

Operations Report. The Company shall on or before the 20th Business Day after the end of each Quarter during the Operations Period, deliver to the Lender a quarterly Operations Report.

Operations Report. The Operator shall, at least monthly (within fifteen (15) days after the end of the preceding calendar month), deliver to the Trust a report comparing actual operations and the Operation and Maintenance Expenses for such Contract Year with the Operating Expense Budget prepared pursuant to Section 5.2(c) and explaining any material variance therein. In addition to such monthly reports, the Operator shall provide promptly such other reports regarding the operation of the Facility as the Trust or the Owner Participant shall reasonably request.
Operations Report. (A) The Borrower shall provide a monthly written operations update to the Facility Agent (in a form agreed between the Borrower and the Facility Agent) which includes, among other things, the following information:
(i) details of health and environmental safety;
(ii) details of flow status, metering and pipeline remediation; and
(iii) details of any new Project Document (including its value) entered into by any of the Obligors.
(B) The Borrower shall, on a monthly basis and with respect to each calendar month after the date of this Agreement, supply to the Facility Agent, the Technical Bank and the Modelling Bank such information as it has available to it regarding:
(i) sales of petroleum derived from the Borrowing Base Assets during such calendar month;
(ii) production performance;
(iii) downtime;
(iv) material operational activities; and
(v) a breakdown of costs incurred, in each case in relation to the Borrowing Base Assets, and shall deliver the same to the Technical Bank and the Modelling Bank on or before the tenth Business Day of the calendar month immediately following the month to which such update relates.
Operations Report. CONTRACTOR daily operations reports are required to be maintained and are relevant back up information to the monthly summary provided in the Monthly Invoice. The content and form of the operator reports shall be mutually agreed upon by FACT and CONTRACTOR.

Not later than the close of business on each Tuesday, a report that sets forth (i) the aggregate number of drivers who performed services, either as employees or independent contractor owner/operators, on behalf of the Borrowers during the preceding week and (ii) all increases or decreases in the number, if any, and dollar value of any Rolling Stock of Borrowers during the preceding week and since the Petition Date.
