Common use of Operations of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Operations of the Contractor. 46.4.1. The Contractor shall not commence the Work unless and until all required certificates have been submitted to and accepted by the Commissioner. Acceptance by the Commissioner of a certificate does not excuse the Contractor from securing insurance consistent with all provisions of this Article or of any liability arising from its failure to do so.
