Operations Manuals. (a) recommend to the Client, any section in the operating manuals that should be modified/changed to ensure that the operating manuals reflect the actual or revised approach to operating the Facilities; which recommendations may require third party assistance.

Operations Manuals. Five (5) sets of Operations manuals will be provided for PROCESS areas, which will include: · Description of the entire PLANT PROCESS and each system operation · Detailed operating description of each process unit · Initial start-up procedures · Normal operation · Startup & shutdown under normal operating conditions · Startup & shutdown under emergency conditions · Cleaning & preventive maintenance guidelines · Safety & Health guidelines · Basic troubleshooting guides
Operations Manuals. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Operations Manuals (provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the Operations Manuals and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail) and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of any of the Operations Manuals, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
Operations Manuals. We will loan to you during the term of this Agreement one copy of our store operating standards manual and one copy of our products procedures manual (collectively, the "Operations Manuals"). We have the right, at our option, to furnish or make available to you the Operations Manuals in the form of paper copies, electronic copies on computer diskette or CD Rom, or electronic copies accessed through the Internet or other communication systems. The Operations Manuals contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards and operating procedures, including System Standards that we prescribe for Pretzelmaker Stores and contain information relating to your other obligations under this Agreement. We have the right to modify the Operations Manuals in the future to reflect changes in the image, specifications, standards, procedures, Pretzelmaker Products, Pretzelmaker System, and System Standards. You may not at any time copy any part of the Operations Manuals, either physically or electronically. If your copy of the Operations Manuals is lost, destroyed or significantly damaged, you will be obligated to obtain from us, at our then applicable charge, a replacement copy of the Operations Manuals.
Operations Manuals carry out the Project in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Program OM and the Country OM, and except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, shall not amend or waive any provisions thereof if such amendment or waiver, may in the opinion of the Bank, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
Operations Manuals. Franchisor will continue its efforts to improve on the methods of operations. Franchisor will lend Franchisee the confidential Operations Manual for the initial Franchisee training session and if Franchisee satisfactorily completes training, for the term of this Agreement. If the copy of the Operations Manual loaned to you is lost, stolen or destroyed before you return it to us, you must pay us a replacement fee of $1,500. Franchisee shall at all times treat the Operations Manual, any of our written directives, any business plans and specifications, and any other manuals created for or approved for use in the operation of a Deli Delicious™ restaurant, and any supplements thereto, and the information contained therein, in trust and as confidential information, and shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain such information as secret and confidential. The Franchisee further agrees that the Operations Manual is a trade secret of the Franchisor. Franchisee shall not at any time copy, duplicate, record, or otherwise reproduce the foregoing materials, in whole or in part, nor otherwise make the same available to any unauthorized person. The Operations Manuals, written directives, other manuals and materials, and any other confidential communications provided or approved by us, shall at all times remain the sole property of the Franchisor and shall at all times be kept and maintained in a secure place on the Franchisee’s Restaurant premises. Franchisor may from time to time revise the contents of the Operation Manuals and the contents of any other manuals and materials created or approved for use in the operation of the Restaurant, and Franchisee expressly agrees that each new or changed standard shall be deemed effective upon receipt by Franchisee or as specified in such standard. Franchisee shall at all times ensure that its copy of the Operation Manuals is kept current and up-to-date; and, in the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Operation Manuals, the master copy of the Operation Manuals maintained by Franchisor at Franchisor’s corporate offices shall be controlling. Any suggestions the Franchisee may have concerning the improvement of the Products, Services, restaurant facilities, service format and advertising are encouraged and shall be considered by Franchisor when adopting or modifying the standards, specifications and procedures for the System.
Operations Manuals. 9.1 Franchisee shall treat the Manuals, the Bagel Production Manual, any other manuals approved by Franchisor for use in connection with the Bakery, and all information contained therein as confidential, and shall maintain such information in strict secrecy. Franchisee shall not copy, duplicate, record, or otherwise reproduce the foregoing materials, in whole or in part, or otherwise make them available to any unauthorized person, except as required by law.

Operations Manuals. Concessionaire shall prepare and submit the Operations Manuals according to the following schedule: • Preliminary – 18 months before the start of Trial Running – for Review and Comment • Final – six months before the start of Trial Running – for Review and Approval The Operations Manuals shall meet the requirements set forth in the Technical Provisions and shall include all required information to allow Concessionaire’s personnel to operate the Purple Line System in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. The Operations Manuals shall be updated as and when required to reflect changes to the Purple Line System’s functionality in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Operations Manuals shall include at a minimum the following subjects: • system or equipment configuration; • hardware and software functionality; • equipment controls, status indications, and alarms; • means for dealing with equipment failures; • computer GUI displays and controls; • meanings of GUI icons; • navigation between GUI displays; • data recording and playback; and • log-on, log-off, and password procedures. As a minimum, Concessionaire shall provide Operations Manuals for the following subjects: • LRV operation for LRV operators; • rail-mounted equipment operation for maintenance operators; • shop equipment operation for maintenance personnel; • control and monitoring system operation, including all associated field systems for OCC/BOCC controllers and maintenance personnel; • radio system operation; • emergency telephone operation; • PA/VMS system operation for OCC controllers and for maintenance personnel; • CCTV operation for OCC/BOCC controllers, maintenance, and Owner’s security personnel; • Fire Management Panel operation for OCC and Emergency Services personnel; and • Fare System Equipment. Concessionaire shall make Operations Manuals available to Owner’s personnel in controlled hard copy. No more than eight additional copies shall be made available for outside entities upon Owner’s request.

Operations Manuals. Seller shall deliver to District five bound original publications of applicable operations and maintenance manuals for the goods. The manuals shall contain all information necessary to operate, maintain and repair the goods. Seller shall deliver the manuals no later than the date the goods are delivered. In addition, Seller shall enclose one electronic copy of the Operations and Maintenance manual in each hard-copy version. Electronic documentation shall be provided on standard CD-ROM media capable of being read by standard PC CD-ROM drives. All documents shall be provided in Adobe Systems portable document format (PDF). The resulting documents shall be viewable with Adobe Reader version 5.0 or higher. The PDF documents shall be produced using the postscript printer driver engine within Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or later. Documents shall not be scanned unless no electronic form of the document exists. In such cases and with approval of District, the document shall be scanned in color, at 100 percent image scaling and a resolution of 300 dpi. All PDF files shall be text captured, image with hidden text, optimized, searchable and indexable.
