Operations Center. Service Provider shall operate and maintain a Operations Center ("OC") staffed twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week by trained and qualified personnel. Service Provider's maintenance employees shall be available for dispatch twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
