Operations and Maintenance Facility. BTA will provide maintenance and storage facilities, to be utilized for the proper maintenance and storage of the Leased Vehicles of BTA, at BTA’s Facility at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX. The facilities provided by BTA are for the storage and maintenance of BTA vehicles only. If Contractor stores, or directs to be stored, a vehicle used for transportation of employees to and from the terminal, Contractor undertakes the sole risk and liability for any damage or injury caused by or to Contractor’s vehicle.

Operations and Maintenance Facility. The CONTRACTOR shall operate service from facility identified in Exhibit D. Facility shall be sufficient to enable the CONTRACTOR to effectively manage and operate the bus and DAR services. City must approve a relocation of this facility prior to relocation.
Operations and Maintenance Facility. The operation and maintenance facility will support the operation of ABWP Phase 2, located at Arklow South Dock. The operation and maintenance facility will comprise onshore infrastructure including an onshore administration and stores building and quayside infrastructure. The facility will include nearshore infrastructure including a pontoon to provide vessel berthing facilities, located on the foreshore.

Operations and Maintenance Facility. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for securing, establishing and maintaining a facility for the operation, maintenance and administration of PVTA transportation services. With the approval of PVTA, such facility may be shared with operation of similar services for another client agency. CONTRACTOR's telephone reservation and dispatch operations for PVTA may be located at a separate location subject to PVTA's approval. At a minimum, the operations and maintenance facility shall have the following:  A location that is located within the PVTA service area or which has been agreed to in writing by PVTA.  An enclosed workspace sufficient to allow maintenance personnel to service at least two (2) Type III transit vehicles simultaneously and be protected from the weather.  A paved shop floor capable of withstanding the weight of a Type III transit vehicle.  Adequate area to clean the vehicles in accordance with the AGREEMENT and applicable Federal Clean Water requirements.  Adequate secured storage area for tools, equipment and parts.  A security-fenced, paved and lighted area for overnight vehicle parking with adequate space for all vehicles.  Adequate appropriately equipped, space for administrative personnel, staff, driver lounge or ready room, and training/safety meetings.  A furnished operations office to house reservation, scheduling and dispatch personnel room, including computer equipment, maps, scheduling/dispatch equipment, time clock, adequate desks, tables, chairs, and other equipment as may be appropriate.  An adequate drivers’ room
Operations and Maintenance Facility. RCTA shall provide to the CONTRACTOR the use of the Redwood Coast Transit Operations And Maintenance Facility located at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Crescent City, CA. This facility shall be used only for activity directly related to the transit system covered by this AGREEMENT, unless otherwise authorized, in writing by RCTA. CONTRACTOR shall use the facility in accordance with the terms of Exhibit “E” attached hereto.

Related to Operations and Maintenance Facility

  • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S. For Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, such expenses are calculated as follows:

Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.
